1. Personal data we collect

Company name, website, description, logo, and an email address, submitted when contributing. The email is stored against that contribution for receipts and updates - it is not used to identify or authenticate you, and doesn't need to match any email used before.

2. Sponsor identity

A sponsor is identified solely by its normalized website address. There are no accounts or passwords.

3. Contribution information

Contribution amounts and timestamps are stored to determine cumulative totals, ranking, and the campaign total.

4. Payment processing

Payments are handled by Stripe Checkout. We never see or store your card details.

5. Click tracking

We count clicks to sponsor websites. We do not store visitor IP addresses.

6. Cookies

This site does not set any cookies and uses no analytics or tracking scripts. If you complete a payment, Stripe's own checkout page - hosted on Stripe's domain, outside this site - may set its own cookies under Stripe's privacy policy; that's between you and Stripe, not something this site controls. Because this site itself sets none, there's no separate cookie policy.

7. Data retention

Sponsor and contribution records are retained for the duration of the campaign and a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping.

8. Your GDPR rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
